• Respect intellectual property rights

Payment Terms

Pricing and Payments

• Fixed-Price Projects: Total project cost agreed upon before work begins
• Payment Schedule: 50% deposit required to start, 50% due upon completion
• Payment Methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed methods
• Currency: All prices quoted in EUR unless otherwise specified
• Late Payments: 2% monthly charge on overdue amounts after 30 days

Refund Policy

• Deposit: Non-refundable once work has commenced
• Cancellation: 14-day notice required for project cancellation
• Completed Work: Payment due for all completed milestones
• Disputes: Must be raised within 30 days of project completion

Intellectual Property

Ownership Rights

Upon full payment, client owns the final delivered website and custom code developed specifically for their project. GLOWEB DEVELOPMENT SRL retains rights to general methodologies, techniques, and any pre-existing intellectual property.

Third-Party Components

Third-party libraries, frameworks, and tools used in development remain subject to their respective licenses. Client is responsible for ensuring compliance with these licenses.

Portfolio Rights

GLOWEB DEVELOPMENT SRL may showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Project Timeline and Delivery

Timeline Estimates

Project timelines are estimates based on:

• Project scope and complexity
• Client responsiveness and feedback speed
• Availability of required materials and content
• Number of revision rounds

Delays and Extensions

Timeline extensions may occur due to client delays, scope changes, or unforeseen technical challenges. Additional costs may apply for significant scope changes or extensions beyond our control.

Warranties and Limitations

Service Warranty

• 30-day warranty on bug fixes for delivered websites
• Services performed with professional skill and care
• Compliance with agreed specifications and requirements
• Use of industry-standard security practices

Limitation of Liability

GLOWEB DEVELOPMENT SRL's liability is limited to:

• Total amount paid for services rendered
• Direct damages only (no consequential or indirect damages)
• Liability expires 12 months after project completion
• Excludes damages from third-party services or client modifications

Termination

Project Termination

Either party may terminate the project with 14 days written notice. Client remains responsible for payment of all work completed up to termination date.

Immediate Termination

GLOWEB DEVELOPMENT SRL may terminate immediately if client breaches payment terms, provides false information, or requests work that violates laws or ethical standards.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation or, if necessary, through the competent courts of Romania.
